Preppy Beach Wedding

When guests travel from all across the country to celebrate a weekend filled with wedding festivities, there is only one proper way to thank them....with a fabulous wedding welcome box, of course! Helping couple's create their custom wedding welcome box is one of our absolute favorite things to do for a wedding. So we were beyond excited when Kwynn and Chris came to us for help creating the wedding welcome box of our dreams!!

Besides being one of the nicest couple's we've ever worked with, Kwynn and Chris also happened to be one of the most creative...which we let shine through in their welcome box design. Both K&C appreciate all things preppy, and wanted the beachy feeling of their wedding destination (Clearwater, FL) to shine through. So we helped them create a custom Lily-inspired wedding pattern, which was the main design element of their welcome boxes!! Their pattern included bright colors, tropical elements (such as flamingos, seahorses, and coral), as well as their monogram and wedding date. All together it looked fabulous!! The first necessary item in any good welcome box is a wedding weekend itinerary. We wanted Kwynn and Chris' itinerary to contain all needed information, but easily fold so guests could throw them into purses and beach bags. So we created this fun, folded version that tied shut!

In addition to containing a weekend itinerary, K+C's welcome box also included goodies from all over the country. Before they settled down in Salt Lake City, the pair moved to several different cities ranging from the wonderful West Coast, to the Windy City! So to pay tribute to where their relationship has taken them over the years, they chose to incorporate one fun item from every city.

To explain the significance of each item contained in their welcome box, we created a custom map that detailed where each item was from. The map also doubled as a welcome note from the couple.

In addition to goodies from all over the country, their welcome box also contained nautical inspired items like koozies, cups, waterbottles, and hangover kits. Such a fun addition to their beach wedding welcome box!

Last but certainly not least, the couple included a "just in case of rain" gift! Each guest received a customized deck of cards, which we tied with a cute little tag and string.

The white chocolate melts from their wedding welcome boxes also adorned the reception tables, and doubled as delicious wedding favors.

 The final touch of the night?! We helped them create a guest book adorned with their custom wedding pattern!
