Things We Heart: August Edition

Happy August! With a new month, comes new things we heart!!!

1. Foil Stamping: It's no secret that we have a crush on anything done in foil-stamping. Not just like....LOVE!! It offers a true metallic shine for those looking to use gold, silver, or rose gold. It also offers bride's the option to bring a chic, modern update to their wedding invitations, without straying too far from the classic, traditional invitation. This summer, we've gold foil stamped basically everything that we can. From wedding invitations, to reception menus, to favor tags...our motto has been if it's not moving...gold foil stamp it. This week, new business cards for Zofia & Co. Photography arrived from our printer, and they were GORGEOUS. They were SILVED foil stamped, with light pink edge painting....we're obsessed.

We LOVE doing gold foil on menus for the wedding reception!! And of course, on the new "Mrs. and Mrs." stationery!

And our favorite...gold foil wedding invitation!! Gorgeous calligraphy!

2. Nantucket: At the beginning of July, we took our first visit to the beautiful island of Nantucket. We fell in LOVE!! We got to meet with some of the best wedding vendors on the island, many of whom we've been working with for years (over e-mail)!! It was such a great experience! We even got to have a photoshoot with Zofia (yes, from Zofia & Co. Photography with the gorgeous new business cards), and can't wait to get our new pictures up on our website! We'll be sharing full details of our trip soon, but until then...we're still having sweet dreams of Nantucket.

3. Bachelorette Parties: Bachelorette party love is still going strong in the N&L studio. Ever since we shared this amazing Scottsdale bachelorette party last fall, we've gotten the chance to create SO many creative bachelorette party swag!! From Lilly Pulitzer inspired bachelorette parties to a boots on bachelorettes...we've done it all!!

4. N&L Interns: We had three amazing interns with us this summer: Caroline, J.C., and Gabby! Two of them are leaving us this week (sad!), so we've begun our search for fall interns!!
